Mussaenda Plant
A beautiful tropical flowering shrub known for its vibrant blooms and striking, petal-like sepals in shades of white, pink or red, depending on the variety. Mussaenda adds a lush, colourful look to gardens, balconies and outdoor spaces and flowers generously in warm conditions.
Sunlight: Requires 5–6 hours of sunlight daily, preferably with some protection from harsh afternoon heat.
Watering: Water 2–3 times a week, keeping the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged.
Soil: Prefers fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter.
Height: Approximately 1.5–2 ft, depending on the variety and growing conditions.
Care: Regular pruning encourages bushier growth and more flowering. Feed with a balanced fertiliser during the growing season.
